Privacy

• Identity: name, email, phone, optional last 4 digits of ID, gender, age group.
• Location: region, county, constituency, ward, village/street, polling station.
• Volunteer details: preferred role, availability, referrer.
• Activity: referrals, tasks, assignments, sign-in events, audit logs.

To register, verify and coordinate volunteers; assign tasks and roles; manage referral chains; support civic mobilization; and produce internal accountability records.

• Encrypted transport (HTTPS) and Supabase-managed storage at rest.
• Row-Level Security on private tables.
• Role-based and location-based access control.
• Phone numbers and ID numbers are masked in the interface.
• Sensitive actions are written to an audit log and tamper-evident ledger.

Only authorized Linda Mwananchi personnel (coordinators, verification officers, admins) can view records relevant to their assigned scope. Ordinary volunteers see only their own profile, tasks and referrals.

• You can view and update your own profile at any time.
• You can request deletion of your account through the support form.
• You can withdraw consent for optional contact channels.

LindaBase does not replace IEBC. Any official voter registration, polling station assignment or election result must be confirmed through the official IEBC channels.
